Returns and exchange Policy

At RG Sports, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Since we do not have a physical store, we offer a flexible return and replacement policy for products purchased online, with certain conditions in place.


1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • If your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • The product must be reported as faulty within 10 days from the date of receipt.
  • The issue must be related to a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping.


2. In-Person Product Selection

  • If you have selected your product in person (for example, at a pop-up event, market, or a location where we temporarily showcase our products), returns are not accepted unless the product is deemed faulty.
  • In-person selections are final, and we encourage customers to carefully inspect products before making a decision.


3. How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact our customer service team at info@rgsports.co within 10 days of receiving your product, providing the following details:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue with the product
    • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage (if applicable)
  • We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or offer a solution, depending on the circumstances.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for non-faulty products.
  • Products returned for reasons other than defects or damage are not eligible for a return or replacement.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If your product is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you are returning a product for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping fees.


6. Replacement Process

  • If your replacement request is approved, we will send you a replacement item within 10 business days, subject to availability.
  • We may also offer a similar product as a replacement if the original item is no longer in stock.
